🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in testing ETL workflows and validating data pipelines

  • Perform basic SQL-based data validation across various databases

  • Test data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau

  • Work closely with senior testers to validate data warehouse outputs

  • Help document test plans and participate in test case execution

  • Use Jira (or similar tools) for test tracking and reporting

  • Coordinate with developers and analysts to ensure test coverage

  • Support issue resolution and exploratory data checks

  • ETL & BI Concepts: Basic experience with Informatica & reporting tools

  • SQL: Working knowledge of SQL for data validation

  • Databases: SQL Server, Hive (Hue)

  • BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau

  • Exploration Tools: DBeaver, Aqua Data Studio

  • Data Concepts: Data warehouse & ETL pipeline understanding
