🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end data platforms and define scalable ETL frameworks

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex Informatica DEI BDM pipelines

  • Oversee data mapping, performance tuning, and workflow optimization to meet SLAs

  • Establish and enforce best practices for data ingestion and orchestration (batch & real-time)

  • Define standards for data quality, validation, and automated testing

  • Mentor junior and senior engineers; conduct code/design reviews

  • Troubleshoot critical production issues and lead on-call rotations

  • ETL & Processing: Informatica DEI BDM, Apache Airflow

  • Big Data Stack: Cloudera (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Impala, Spark)

  • Languages: Python (PySpark), SQL (HiveQL, Impala SQL)

  • DevOps & Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Atlas

  • Data Formats: ORC, Parquet

  • 8–14+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields

  • Proven ability to design enterprise-scale data solutions

  • Deep expertise in Informatica, orchestration tools, and big data architecture

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Experience with mentoring, governance, and stakeholder alignment

  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make strategic decisions
