🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data testers across data sources, pipelines, and reporting layers

  • Define and implement test strategies and plans for data-driven projects

  • Oversee ETL testing, including transformation and migration validations

  • Validate data quality rules and work with engineers to resolve issues

  • Ensure accuracy in BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Use Airflow or similar tools for test case execution on ingestion workflows

  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders

  • Perform exploratory data analysis with SQL and tools like DBeaver

  • Track testing activities and reporting via Jira or similar tools
